Responsibilities

  • Monitor effective implementation of business development activities and assemble the business innovative ideas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle strategies and practices resulting in consistent growth.
  •  Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  •  Primary role to generate business leads through online bidding or cold calling, email marketing etc for web and mobile application design & development. 
  • Data gathering through various social media platform as ‘data is the precious thing and will last longer than the systems themselves.
  • Bidding on online portals like oDesk, eLance, Freelancer, up work, etc. Follow-up regularly on existing leads because if you are not taking care of your leads your competitor will. 
  • Demonstration ability to interact with C-Level executives of various industries across the globe. Should be able to manage stratagem sales tasks independently with minimum support because ’your actions will delineate and define you’.
  • Coordinate with the management team and participate in the national and international business expo and conferences. Should be able to manage all international client communication and maintain an effective collaborative relationship.
  • Should be able to meet the assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets because ‘a goal is a dream with a deadline’. 
  • Must have primary knowledge of trending technologies. Able to handle customer objections and present their business proposals and ensuring sales closure. 
  • Candidates must be an outstanding communicator with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Candidate must be ambitious and energetic.

Experience : 1 – 5 Years
Qualification : MBA/BBA with IT background or any other relevant degree
